Visiting Scholars is a program established by the Biochemistry Club in which UA students from a variety of different majors visit Tucson area high school classes to talk about opportunities to participate in research at UA, to reveal challenges they faced upon entering the UA, and to answer questions high school students have about the college experience. Participants receive one upper division credit by signing up for BIOC 396D. In this class you will:
In order to help current students understand the nature of the talks they will give, a former participant will give a talk early in the semester that they made last fall early in the semester.
